The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality proposes amendments to 30 Tex. Admin. Code §220.4, §220.6, Texas Water Code. The amendment would bring the rule into compliance with federal regulations. Maine: Public Lands

The Department of Agriculture, Conservation & Forestry proposes amendments to Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 12 §685-A, Land Use Districts and Standards. The amendments would allow development of grid-scale solar energy generation facilities with a permit in the Commercial Industrial Development Subdistrict. The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 38 §480-A, Wind Energy Act Standards. The amendment would provide guidance and clarification on the review process and standards for wind energy projects under the Wind Energy Act. A public hearing will be held December 6, 2017. California: Underground storage tanks (USTs)

The Water Resources Control Board proposes amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 23 §2610, Underground Storage Tank Regulations. The amendments impose new design and construction, upgrading, monitoring, and testing requirements, among other things. Written comments will be accepted until January 2, 2018.
