Pennsylvania: Quality

The Environmental Quality Board proposes amendments to 25 Pa. Code §93, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments update several water quality tolerance criteria. New Jersey: Sustainability

The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to N.J. Admin. Code §7:25-6, Fish Code. The proposed amendments state when, by what means, at which locations, in what numbers, and at what sizes, freshwater fish may be pursued, caught, killed, or possessed. Maryland: Wildlife (generally)

The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to Md. Code Regs. 08.02.03, 08.02.05, and 08.02.25, Crabs; Fish; Gear. The amendment would allow crab harvesters to share equipment. Louisiana: Hazardous Substances

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33 §§108, 1101, 1109, 1111, 1113, 1901, 2245, 2299, 4105, and 4301, Hazardous Waste Regulations. The proposed amendment would correct errors and clarifiy certain hazardous waste generator requirements, land disposal restrictions and recycling requirements. Colorado: Natural Resources (generally)

The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to 2 Colo. Code Regs. §404-1, Practice and Procedure. The proposed amendments would adopt new oil flowline definitions and procedures. California: Sustainability

The Fish and Game Commission proposes amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14 §749.9, Incidental Take of the Tricolored Blackbird During Candidacy Period. The amendment would allow for the incidental take of the tricolored blackbird to protect, restore, conserve or habitat, among other things. A public hearing will be held December 6, 2017.
