Idaho: Sustainability

The Department of Fish and Game proposes amendments to Idaho Admin. Code r. 13.01.06, Rules Governing Classification and Protection of Wildlife. The proposed rule reclassifies the Red Squirrel from a Protected Nongame Species to an Upland Game Animal which will allow the Fish and Game Commission to set a harvest season. Delaware: Quality

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposes amendments to Del. Code Ann. tit. 7 §7102, Ground Water Discharges. The proposed amendments would bring the regulations into compliance with current federal requirements. Written comments will be accepted until October 31, 2017. Colorado: Quality

The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Colo. Code Regs. §410-1, Rules and Regulations for the Management and Control of Designated Ground Water. The proposed amendments prevent a well from increasing depletions of designated ground water beyond the well's historical depletions when changing the description of irrigated acres allowed to be irrigated by the well. Colorado: Hazardous Substances

The Department of Public Health and Environment proposes amendments to Colo. Code Regs. §1007-3, Hazardous Waste. The proposed amendments will allow transfer facilities handling only conditionally exempt small quantity generator waste to store the waste for more than 10 days without becoming subject to regulation. California: Air (generally)

The Air Resources Board proposes amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 17 §93116−93116.5, Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Diesel Particulate Matter from Portable Engines Rated at 50 Horsepower and Greater. The proposed amendment would restructure the current rule to improve implementation and enforcement of the regulatory requirements. A public hearing will be held November 16, 2017.
