The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Okla. Admin. Code §252:205, Hazardous Waste Management. The proposed amendments will include the revisions to the hazardous waste generator rules. A public hearing will be held October 12, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until October 12, 2017. Kentucky: Groundwater

The Department for Natural Resources proposes amendments to 405 Ky. Admin. Regs. 16:110, Surface and Groundwater Monitoring. The proposed amendments set forth requirements for the monitoring and reporting of surface water quality and quantity, and groundwater levels and quality and aquifer conditions during mining activities. Idaho: Quality

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Idaho Code Ann. §58.01.02, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments replace the existing water column-based criteria for selenium with a four-part criterion. A public hearing will be held November 16, 2017. The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Idaho Code Ann. §58.01.02, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments replaces the existing hardness-dependent criteria for copper with a more detailed, modeled approach. A public hearing will be held November 16, 2017. The proposed amendments would ensure consistency of the rules with the requirements of the NRC. A public hearing will be held on October 10, 2017.
