New Jersey: Air (generally)

The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to N.J. Admin. Code §7:27: 8, 16, 17, 19, 21, 30 and 31, Air Quality, Energy, and Sustainability. The amendments update the HAP reporting thresholds using the most recent science-based methodologies, among other things. A public hearing will be held September 6, 2017. The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposes amendments to Del. Code Ann. tit. 7, §1301, Regulations Governing Solid Waste. The amendments would adopt federal requirements regarding the management of Coal Combustion Residuals, among other things. A public hearing will be held August 30, 2017.
