Louisiana: Hazardous Substances

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §V. 105, 109, and 322, Secondary Hazardous Materials. The amendments would meet EPA adoption requirements for secondary hazardous materials. A public hearing is scheduled on April 26, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until May 3, 2017. Indiana: Energy (generally)

The Natural Resources Commission proposes to adopt 312 Ind. Admin. Code 29, Oil and Gas. The new rule would replace 312 Ind. Admin. Code 16 and govern oil and gas well activities. Georgia: Nuclear

The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 391-3-17-.01, Rules for Radioactive Materials. The proposed amendments would bring the rules into compliance with federal rules. A public hearing will be held April 12, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until April 19, 2017. Florida: Quality

The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-160.100-800, Quality Assurance. The proposed amendments would direct the department to establish quality assurance (QA) standards for the collection and analysis of water quantity data. Florida: Natural Resources (generally)

The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-570.100-300, Innovative Nutrient and Sediment Reduction and Conservation Pilot Project Program. The proposed amendment would establish procedures and criteria governing program participation. Written comments will be accepted until April 7, 2017. California: Quality

The Building Standards Commission proposes to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 24, part 5, California Plumbing Code. The purpose of the amendment to incorporate specific provisions of the California Water Code as it pertains to potable and recycled water systems inside of buildings and premises. California: Toxic Substances (generally)

The Department of Toxic Substances Control proposes an amendment to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 22, §69511, Safer Consumer Products Regulation. The amendment identifies a Priority Product under the regulation. A public hearing is scheduled on May 16, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until May 16, 2017.
