California: Invasive Species

The Department of Food and Agriculture is proposing to permanently adopt Cal. Code Regs. tit. 3, §3591.11 regarding invasive species. The proposal would continue and complete the amendment process for an emergency regulation adopted in November, 2014, establishing an eradication area for the Caribbean fruit fly. The proposal would continue and complete the amendment process for an emergency regulation adopted in October, 2014, imposing an interior quarantine on Asian citrus psyllid. Alaska: Quality

The Department of Environmental Conservation is proposing to amend Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, §§70.020, 70.030, and 83.010 regarding water quality standards. Changes would revise methodology provisions and update incorporations by reference. A public hearing will be held February 25, 2015, and the deadline for comment is March 10, 2015.
