Texas: Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §290.51 by changing fees for services to drinking water systems. Indiana: Air

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management seeks public comment on 326 Ind. Admin. Code 10 regarding nitrogen dioxide emissions from large industrial boilers and the repeal of a nitrogen dioxide budget trading program. Written comments will be accepted until 4:45 pm on January 8, 2016. No public hearing is scheduled at this time. See http://www.in.gov/legislative/iac/20151209-IR-326150414FNA.xml.pdf.

California: Energy

The California Energy Commission is proposing changes to the Power Source Disclosure program, Cal. Code Regs. tit. 20, §§1391-1394. The changes would, among other things, improve the information provided about electricity sources used by the consumer and by the state. A public hearing will be held on March 9, 2016. Arizona: Water

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Ariz. Admin. Code §R18-9-704 in order to permit incidental runoff of reclaimed waters under certain conditions. The proposed rule would permit only the use of Class A reclaimed water, permit runoff from agricultural sites, and require its use to be filed under a separated AZP-DES permit. A public hearing will be held on January 5, 2016. Written comments will be accepted until 5 pm on January 5, 2016.
