California: Right-To-Know

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment is proposing to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 27, § 25705(b) regarding Proposition 65. The changes would adopt a No Significant Risk Level for diisononyl phthalate. A public hearing will be held if requested by February 2, 2015, and the deadline for comment is February 17, 2015. California: Pesticides

The Department of Pesticide Regulation is proposing to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 3, §§6000, 6188, 6742, 6746, and 6793 regarding pesticide mixing systems. Changes would establish specific closed mixing system and personal protective equipment requirements based on a pesticide label's precautionary statements. Arizona: Clean Water Act (CWA)

The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various sections of Ariz. Admin. Code §18-11 regarding surface water quality standards. Changes would correct errors and omissions in the rules resulting from extensive amendments in 2009. Minnesota: Energy

The Public Utilities Commission is proposing to amend various sections of Minn. R.7835 regarding small producers and cogeneration of electricity. Among other changes, the amendments would increase the capacity limit on qualifying facilities interconnected with a public utility. A public hearing will be held if requested by enough parties by February 4, 2015, and the deadline for comment is also February 4, 2015.

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery is proposing to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, §§18959–18971 regarding recycling. Changes would clarify processes for implementing the state's Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act.
