West Virginia: Clean Air Act (CAA)

Oklahoma: Radiation

The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Okla. Admin Code §§252:410 regarding radiation management. The changes would incorporate new federal regulations by reference. Public hearings will be held beginning July 30, 2015, and the deadline for written comment is July 29, 2015.

North Carolina: Air

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is proposing to amend 15A N.C. Admin. Code 02D.1902 and .1903 regarding opening burning. Changes would allow residential open burning of logs and stumps. A public hearing will be held July 21, 2015, and the deadline for comment is August 14, 2015. New York: Contaminated Sites/Brownfields

The Department of Environmental Conservation is proposing to amend N.Y. Comp. Code R. & Regs. tit. 6, §375 regarding the state's brownfield program. Changes would update regulations to reflect legislative limitations on brownfield development projects eligible for state tax credits. New York: Waste

The Department of Environmental Conservation is proposing to amend N.Y. Comp. Code R. & Regs. tit. 6, §§621 and 750, regarding the state right-to-know act. Changes would implement the reporting, notification, and recordkeeping requirements of sewage provisions of that act. The deadline for comment is August 3, 2015. New Hampshire: Wetlands

The Department of Environmental Services is proposing to readopt and amend N.H. Code R. Env-Wt 501 and 800 regarding wetland mitigation. Changes would clarify existing requirements, improve the process for submitting and evaluating wetland mitigation proposals, and align the rules with revised federal requirements. Nebraska: Invasive Species

The Game and Parks Commission is proposing to adopt 163 Neb. Admin. Code §109 regarding aquatic invasive species. The new regulations would require boats to receive an aquatic invasive species stamp from the commission before launching into waters within the state. Missouri: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend various portions of Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10 §10-6 regarding the cross-state air pollution rule. The amendments would change the method of reallocating nitrogen oxide emission allowances for use with EPA's annual regional emission reduction program. The Department of Health and Environment is seeking public comment on its public water supply loan fund 2016 intended use plan. The plan prioritizes projects for grant funding.
