Texas: Radiation

The Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to amend 31 Tex. Admin. Code §§675.20 to 675.23 regarding radiation protections. Changes would simplify the commission's application process, and update the regulations governing the exportation of radioactive waste. The deadline for comment is June 22, 2015. Pennsylvania: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is seeking public comment on its 2015 Air Monitoring Network Plan. Missouri: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to repeal Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §10-6.260 and adopt Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §10-6.261 regarding air quality standards. Changes would establish regulations for units emitting sulfur dioxide, and is required to comply with EPA's one-hour sulfur dioxide NAAQS. Iowa: Public Lands

The Natural Resource Department is proposing to adopt Iowa Admin. Code r. 561-13 regarding state lands. The new rule would implement the statutorily created State Lands Volunteer Program for individuals and organizations to participate in volunteer park maintenance and fundraising. The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68A-13.0001 regarding black bear management. Changes would create bear management units within the state to facilitate management of the species. The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68A-12.004 regarding the possession of wildlife trophies. Among other changes, the amendment would require labels for non-native venison and prohibit the sale and purchase of articles made from black bear parts. A public hearing will be held beginning June 23, 2015, and the deadline for comment is June 2, 2015.

The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68A-9.007 regarding hunting. Changes would create special permitting program for black bear hunting. Changes would prohibit the possession of the carcass or parts of any black bear not lawfully acquired.
