Oregon: Quantity

The Water Resources Department is proposing to adopt Or. Admin. R. 541.651 to .696 regarding water resource projects. The proposed rules would establish procedures and requirements for the funding of water resources projects from the Water Supply Development Account. The deadline for comment is May 22, 2015. Oregon: Agriculture

The Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend Or. Admin. R. 603-052-0051 and 0385 regarding grape production. Changes would add a grape virus to the list of quarantined organisms, remove an obsolete treatment requirement, and make other changes for clarity. The deadline for comment is May 22, 2015. Oklahoma: Quality

The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Okla. Admin. Code §§252:4-1-2 and 3 regarding wastewater. Amendments would implement statutory changes to eliminate the Laboratory Services Advisory Council and the Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator Certification Advisory Council, and add members the Solid Waste Management Advisory Council and the Water Quality Management Advisory Council. A public hearing will be held June 16, 2015, and the deadline for comment is June 15, 2015.

North Carolina: Invasive Species

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is seeking public comment on a draft management plan for aquatic nuisance species. The guidance document is intended to facilitate inter-agency and private-public cooperation to minimize ecological and economic risks associated with aquatic nuisance species. North Carolina: Radiation

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to amend various portions of 10A N.C. Admin. Code 15 regarding radiation protection. Changes would update regulations to reflect technological advances since the last revisions. A public hearing will be held May 27, 2015, and the deadline for comment is June 30, 2015. New Jersey: Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)

The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to amend N.J. Admin. Code §7:14b regarding underground storage tanks. Changes would affect secondary containment and operator training requirements, as well as violations and penalties. The deadline for comment is July 3, 2015. New Hampshire: Quality

The Department of Environmental Services is proposing to amend N.H. Code R. Env-Wq 501 to 511 regarding the state's water pollution control revolving fund. Among other changes, amendments would reauthorize the program, and update the rules to reflect technological advances and changes to federal law. The Department of Environmental Management is proposing to adopt 327 Ind. Admin. Code 20 regarding manure storage. The new rule would establish regulations governing the permitting of satellite manure storage structures, especially for CAFOs. The deadline for comment is May 20, 2015. Illinois: Quality

The Pollution Control Board is proposing to amend Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §310.107 regarding wastewater pretreatment. Changes would update state rules to reflect recent EPA regulatory amendments requiring the use of a "sufficiently sensitive" analytical method for wastewater pretreatment guidelines. Hawaii: Forests

The Department of Land and Natural Resources is seeking public comment on its draft forest reserve management plan for Nounou and Kâlepa Forest Reserves on the island of Kaua'i. Among other functions, the plan will be used to prioritize implementation and management objectives for the reserves. The deadline for comment is May 31, 2015.
