The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 62 Fla. Admin. Code §304.400. Changes would adopt basin-wide TMDLs for class III surface water in the Suwannee and Santa Fe River Basins. The Department of the Environment proposed to adopt 20 D.C. Mun. Regs. §§801 and 809 in order to reduce the sulfur content of home heating fuel oils used in oil-burning combustion units. Connecticut: Air

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection proposed to amend Conn. Agencies Regs. §22a.174.30 in order to remove stage II vapor recovery requirements from state regulations. The Department of Public Health and Environment amended 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002.64, Biosolids Regulation. Changes seek to make phosphorous values and references consistent with other federal and state programs and to allow more flexibility for determining the depth of groundwater and the depth of suitable soil.
