Kansas: Clean Air Act (CAA)

New Hampshire: Water

The Department of Environmental Services proposed to amend Env-Wq 304, Certification of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators, to keep rules in effect through their expiration. Tennessee: Quality

The Environment and Conservation Agency proposed to amend Tenn. Admin. Code §0400.40.05, Permits, Effluent Limitations, and Standards. Changes correct references and implement federal regulations. There will be a public hearing April 30, 2013. See http://state.tn.us/sos/rules_filings/03-10-13.pdf.

Iowa: Land Use

The Environmental Protection Commission proposed to amend Iowa Admin. Code Chs. 10, "Iowa Financial Incentive Program for Soil Erosion Control," and "Water Protection Practices-Water Protection Fund." Changes update allocation factors for soil conservation funding. Iowa: Climate Change

The Environmental Protection Commission proposed to amend Iowa Admin. Code Ch. 33, "Special Regulations and Construction Permit Requirements for Major Stationary Sources-Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) of Air Quality." Changes would adopt amendments to federal rules related to greenhouse gases. There will be a public hearing April 23, 2013. Texas: Water

The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §290, Public Drinking Water. Changes relate to rainwater harvesting systems that are connected to a public water system and are intended for indoor potable use. Texas: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §113, Standards of Performance for Hazardous Air Pollutants and For Designated Facilities and Pollutants. Washington: Water

Texas: Energy

The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §106.359, Permits by Rule. Changes would add a permit to authorize emissions from planned maintenance, startup, and shutdown activities and facilities at oil and gas handling and production facilities. Georgia: Radiation

The Department of Natural Resources proposed to repeal Chapter 391.3.9, Rules for Radioactive Waste Material Disposal, as the section is no longer necessary.
