Texas: Transportation

The Department of Transportation proposed to amend 43 Tex. Admin. Code §2, Environmental Review of Transportation Projects. Changes concern public participation in the environmental assessment process for transportation projects, in addition to memoranda of understanding with the various agencies. Wisconsin: Endangered Species

The Department of Natural Resources proposed to amend Wis. Admin. Code NR §27.03, Wisconsin's Endangered/Threatened Species List. Changes would add and remove a number of species, in addition to altering the scientific names of 20 species. The Department of Natural Resources proposed to amend Wis. Admin. Code NR §211, relating to wastewater pretreatment requirements. Changes incorporate federal requirements. Texas: Waste

The Commission on Environmental Quality amended 30 Tex. Admin. Code §§305, Consolidated Permits; 324, Used Oil Standards; and 335, Industrial Solid Waste and Municipal Hazardous Waste. The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §297.1, Water Rights, Substantive. Changes pertain to water flows and water reuse. Pennsylvania: Water

Ohio: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §3745.21.09, control of emissions of volatile organic compounds from stationary sources and perchloroethylene from dry cleaning facilities. Changes would increase the allowable volatile organic compound content for automobile and light-duty truck coating in lines coating less than 35 trucks per day. Illinois: Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

The Pollution Control Board amended 35 Ill. Admin. Code §611, Primary Drinking Water Standards. Changes update the Illinois Safe Drinking Water Act to correspond to recent federal amendments. The Pollution Control Board proposed to amend 35 Ill. Admin. Code §611, Primary Drinking Water Standards. Changes would update the Illinois Safe Drinking Water Act to correspond to recent federal amendments. The deadline for public comment is December 24, 2012.
