South Carolina: Waste

The Department of Health and Environmental Control proposed to amend S.C. Reg. 61.9 §§503-504 pertaining to the land application of sludges contaminated by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Ohio: Air

The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §3745.21.09, Control of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds from Stationary Sources. Changes would require gasoline dispensing facilities to decommission their stage II vapor recovery systems by January 1, 2017. New York: Wildlife

The Department of Environmental Conservation amended N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit 6, §575. Changes implement a permit system in an effort to control the introduction and spread of invasive species in New York. Public hearings will be held on December 10, 11, 16, and 17, 2013, and the deadline for comment is December 22, 2013. Massachusetts: Air

The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 310 Mass. Code Regs. §60.02, Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection & Maintenance Program. Changes promote compliance with the requirements of Chapter 311 of the Acts of 2010. Public hearings were held on October 28 and 29, 2013, and the deadline for comment is November 13, 2013. The Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry proposed to amend 01-672 Code Me. Regs Ch. 13, Metallic Mineral Exploration, Advanced Exploration, and Mining.
