Missouri: Clean Air Act (CAA)

Iowa: Quality

The Environmental Protection Commission amended Iowa Admin. Code Chs. 01, Organization and Purpose, 102, Rules of Practice, 103, Appointment and Terms of Members, 104, Local Watershed Improvement Committees, 105, Watershed Improvement Grant Program, and 106, Watershed Improvement Fund. Changes conform rules to statutory changes relating to applicant eligibility and specify water quality impairments that can be addressed. Amendments take effect January 1, 2014.

Utah: Quality

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 309.511, Hydraulic Modeling Requirements. Changes would modify the language to define when a full hydraulic modeling report is required.The deadline for comment is October 31. The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 307.403.1, Purpose and Definitions. The rulemaking establishes the significant emission rate for volatile organic compounds. The deadline for comment is October 31.
