New Hampshire: Water

The Department of Environmental Services proposed to readopt and amend Env-Wr 900, Official List of Public Waters. The rulemaking alters the rule to require the procedure for listing public waters to apply only when the Department receives conflicting information from credible sources. The Department of Environmental Services amended Env-A 2000, Particulate and Visible Emissions Standards for Stationary Fuel Burning Devices. The Department of Environmental Services amended Env-A 903.03 & 1600, Air Related Programs. Changes remove sulfur standards for gaseous fuels, as they are regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In addition, the amendments significantly revise provisions intended to allow the use of non-conforming fuel during shortages. Changes took effect September 24, 2013.. The Department of Environmental Services proposed to amend Env-Wt 901 & 905, Certified Culvert Maintainer Program. Changes implement a program established by statute. Oregon: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 340.257, Oregon Low Emission Vehicles. Changes update Oregon's rules to match California's revisions. The Department of Energy proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 330.170 to amend the Biomass Tax Credit to increase fees and clarify eligibility. The Department of Environmental Quality amended Or. Admin. R. 340.064, 340.093, 340.095-.097, pertaining to conversion technology and anaerobic digestion facility performance standards and solid waste permit requirements. Changes took effect August 29, 2013.
