Indiana: Waste

The Solid Waste Management Division proposed to amend 329 Ind. Admin. Code §9, Underground Storage Tank Delivery Prohibition. Changes would alter rules concerning the fuel delivery prohibition. Indiana: Water

The Water Pollution Control Board proposed to amend 327 Ind. Admin. Code §19, Satellite Manure Storage Structures. Changes would add requirements for satellite structures similar to those for manure storage structures at confined feeding operations. The deadline for comment is July 26, 2013. Vermont: Watershed Protection

Colorado: Waste

The Department of Public Health and Environment amended 6 Colo. Code Regs. §1007.3, Hazardous Waste. Changes alter the Methods Innovation Rule, remove saccharin from the list of hazardous constituents, and remove land disposal treatment standards for carbamate wastes. Amendments take effect July 15, 2013.

Changes pertain to reporting requirements, and delete an experimental cover requirement applicable to housed commercial swine feeding operations. Amendments take effect July 15, 2013. The Environment and Conservation Agency proposed to amend Tenn. Admin. Code §§0400.48.01 & 1200.01.06, Regulations to Govern Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems, & 1200.05.05, Sewage Disposal for Proposed Subdivisions. Minnesota: Quality

The Pollution Control Agency proposed to amend Minn. R. 7077, relating to wastewater and stormwater treatment financial assistance. Changes adopt legislative amendments that give priority points to allow certain stormwater projects to compete with wastewater projects for financial assistance, as stormwater treatment can substantially improve surface water quality.
