Indiana: Waste

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management amended 329 Ind. Admin. Code §11.5 concerning registration, operational requirements, and closure and financial assurance for biomass anaerobic digesters, gasifiers, and boilers, and mobile home salvaging operations. New Hampshire: Quality

The Department of Environmental Services amended Env-A 400, Acid Deposition Control Act. The amendment readopts the rule with changes to clarify the regulation and add a section pertaining to definitions. The rulemaking took effect March 19, 2013. Virginia: Quality

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend 9 Va. Admin. Code §800, Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges Resulting from the Application of Pesticides to Surface Waters. The rulemaking would reissue the existing permit, set to expire December 31, 2013. There will be a public hearing May 17, 2013, and the deadline for comment is June 7. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources proposed to amend 4 Va. Admin. Code §50.60.1100-.1170, Virginia Stormwater Management Program. The rulemaking would amend and reissue the General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities. Arkansas: Waste

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Mont. Admin. R. 17.50.301, pertaining to state solid waste management and resource recovery plan. Changes would incorporate the 2012 plan. Maryland: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of the Environment proposed to amend Md. Code Regs. 26.11, Air Quality. Changes would incorporate updated federal standards for the New Source Review Prevention of Significant Deterioration program. There will be a public hearing May 7, 2013. Illinois: Navigable waters

The Department of Natural Resources proposed to amend 17 Ill. Admin. Code §§3700, Construction in Floodways of Rivers, Lakes and Streams & 3704, Regulation of Public Waters. Changes implement recent amendments to the Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act to allow the department to collect up to $5,000 per applicant. The deadline for comment is May 20, 2013. California: Toxic Substances
