The Air Pollution Control Board is proposing to amend various sections of 9 Va. Admin. Code §§5-40-7800 to -8950 regarding existing stationary sources. The amendments would adopt new standards for the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) from offset lithographic and letterpress printing operations, industrial solvent cleaning operations, miscellaneous industrial adhesive application processes, and miscellaneous metal and plastic parts coating operations within the Northern Virginia VOC Emissions Control Area in order to meet the federal 8-hour ozone standard.
