The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 307-110-28, pertaining to the Regional Haze section of Utah’s SIP. Changes will incorporate an enforceable commitment into the SIP to ensure that emissions reductions from the closure of the Carbon Power Plant are not double counted.
