The Parks and Wildlife Department is proposing to amend 31 Tex. Admin. Code §§58.102, 58.160, and 58.166 regarding shrimping. Changes would maintain consistency with federal rules by requiring the use of turtle exclusion devices on shrimp trawls in all coastal waters. The deadline for comment is May 21, 2015.
