The Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various sections of 30 Tex. Admin. Code §114 regarding the state's Low Income Vehicle Repair Assistance, Retrofit, and Accelerated Vehicle Retirement Program. Changes would allow counties to opt out and be released from obligations of the program. A public hearing will be held January 6, 2015, and the deadline for comment is January 9, 2015.
