The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control is proposing to amend S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 61-62, regarding air pollution regulations and standards. The changes would clarify exemptions and applicability for several air pollutants (including particulate matter and nitrogen) and include corrections for consistency, clarification, and formatting.
