The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking public comment on a draft NPDES General Permit for discharges from hydrostatic testing of tanks and pipelines. The permit would cover the discharge of water used for hydrostatic testing into low quality receiving waters. The deadline for comment is April 20, 2015.
