The Environmental Quality Board is proposing to amend 25 Pa. Code §125 regarding volatile organic compound emissions. Changes would adopt reasonably available control technology requirements and emission limitations for stationary sources of volatile organic compound emissions from automobile and truck assembly coating operations, and from other metal and plastic parts surface coating processes. Public hearings will be held beginning September 8, 2015, and the deadline for comment is October 13, 2015.
