The Public Utility Commission proposed updates to Or. Admin R. 860-084-0150, 860-084-0190, 860-084-0220, regarding the Solar Pilot Programs. The amendments enable the implementation of legislative changes to the program, which add 2.5 MW to the available statewide capacity, extend the enrollment termination date to March 31, 2016, and grant the Commission authority to name and adjust, without rulemaking, a percentage goal for capacity deployed by residential and small commercial qualifying systems. The deadline for comment is September 25, 2014.
