The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend N.Y. Comp. Code R. and Regs. tit. 6, §§598 and 599; add §§596 and 597; and repeal §§595, 596, and 597. Changes include amending the rules governing the chemical bulk storage program and revising requirements for reporting and remediation of releases of hazardous substances.
