The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to repeal Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §10-6.260 and adopt Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §10-6.261 regarding air quality standards. Changes would establish regulations for units emitting sulfur dioxide, and is required to comply with EPA's one-hour sulfur dioxide NAAQS.
