The Department of the Environment is proposing to amend Md. Code Regs. 26.08.01 and 26.08.04, pertaining to water pollution. The changes would clarify activities covered under general permits, and address a concrete removal technique known as hydrodemolition. The deadline for comment is September 21, 2015.
