The Department of Environmental Protection, Board of Underground Tank Installers, proposed amendments to Ch. 3, Certification of Underground Tank Installers, and Ch. 6, Certification of Underground Oil Storage Tank Inspectors. The changes will clarify the qualifications and application process for the tank installer apprenticeship program, and allow for reciprocity for inspectors certified in other states.
