The Pollution Control Board is proposing amendments to Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35 §§720-725 concerning hazardous waste management. The changes would update state regulations to correspond with rules adopted by the EPA between January and July, 2014. The deadline for comment is December 15, 2014.
