The Pollution Control Board adopted amendments to 35 Ill. Admin. Code 186, Accreditation of Environmental Laboratories. To maintain its status as a National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) accrediting body, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency had to adopt the 2009 TNI Standard, which replaced the 2003 NELAP Standard.
