The Southwest Florida Management District is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 40D-8.624 regarding water quantity. Changes would revise minimum surface water levels for Bird, Crystal, and Hobbs Lakes in order to maintain the minimum hydrological connection between the lakes and the Hillsborough River necessary for ecological health.
