The Colorado Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend 8 Colo. Code Regs. §1202-5, concerning the storage, transportation, and handling of anhydrous ammonia as an agricultural fertilizer. The proposed changes would include incorporating DOT and other agency transportation vessel regulations (including reference to hazardous materials regulations), the labeling of storage containers and other infrastructure, and regulations for the construction of anhydrous ammonia systems.
