No. No. 84-1421, 737 F.2d 1476/21 ERC 1751/(7th Cir., 06/26/1984) Aff'd per curiam

Affirming the district court's opinion, 14 ELR 20538, the Seventh Circuit holds that the Department of Transportation (DOT) did not violate federal law in planning a bridge and traffic corridor in Wisconsin. The district court held that DOT violated neither (1) the National Environmental Policy Act by failing to prepare an environmental impact statement; (2) § 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act by failing to prepare a parklands statement; nor (3) the Federal-Aid Highway Act. The court adopts the district court's opinion as its own.
