A settling CERCLA defendant, in connection with the NSG South Plant Manufactured Gas Plant Superfund alternative site in Waukegan, Illinois, must perform EPA-selected remedial actions, estimated to cost $10.5 million, and must pay future response costs incurred by the United States and the state of Illinois.
