United States v. Anderson Products, Inc.

Under a proposed consent decree, seven settling CERCLA defendants must pay $26,436.38 in past U.S. response costs incurred at the Lusher Street Groundwater Contamination Superfund site in Elkhart, Indiana, and must perform injunctive relief related to groundwater contamination and associated soil vapor for Operable Unit 1 at the site.
